Undefined function with highlight plugin

Hello,

I am trying to use the highlight plugin, but it doesn't seem to work. I am getting the error :
"Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not a function"

Here is the link to the simplest test possible :

With the console window opened, if you start to type in the "search" field, you will get the error.
