Controlling searching and filtering (now with test case)

Hello,

I have 3 radio buttons for filtering the Office column using afnFiltering.

I don't want the search box to search this column but setting "searchable" to false also disables filtering.

I really only want the 0 column searchable and the 2 column filterable with my radio buttons.

What am I doing wrong/missing?
