colReorder IE 9

Hi, I am using colReorder, and so far it is working fine in Chrome and Firefox. When i fire it up in IE 9, it blows up on this line of code:

    nParent.insertBefore( nStore, anTags[iTo] );

within the fnDomSwitch function of the dataTables.colReorder.js file.

Has anyone else come across this issue? I'm using the latest build of 1.10.4
