makeEditable Function

Hi All, I try to make use of the makeEditable() in my code but it doesn't work. It gives an error saying "TypeError: $(...).DataTable(...).makeEditable is not a function". At first I use the cdn hosted version of datatables hoping jeditable is included but now I have downloaded the jquery.jeditable.js but it still doesn't work. Please how can I go about this. Thanks.
