Blank Space on Firefox and Chrome

Hi

So my table displays fine in IE but in Firefox and Crome there is a large blank space infront of the the table. I feel like somthing is crushing it wich is forcing it down. If any one could maybe point me to what i should adjust that would be appreciated.

If i move the padding to 1

table.dataTable tbody th,
table.dataTable tbody td {
padding: 4px 5px; }

It dose correct it but it crushes my cells.
